- Webcam and Movement Data: for games that use motion and gesture detection, we access your device's webcam to track hand, pose, and body movement in real time. Video is processed primarily on-device to generate movement coordinates; we do not use webcam data for facial recognition or identification.
- Local Device Data: gameplay progress, scores, and session data cached in a local database on your device to support offline play and local analytics, which may be periodically synced to our servers.
- Technical Information: IP address, device type, internet service provider, and operating system.
- Locational Information: approximate geographical data where you enable it.
- Non-Personal Information: browser data and aggregated demographic information.
5. Purpose of Collection
We collect and use information to deliver our services, evaluate and improve service quality, resolve complaints, send Platform notifications, enhance your experience, monitor usage, roll out system updates, prevent and diagnose technical issues, analyse usage patterns, and — where you have consented — carry out marketing communications. This includes powering webcam-based motion and gesture games, communicating with parents/guardians via the mobile number or email provided, and storing gameplay data locally on-device for continuity, offline access, and local analytics.
6. Disclosure and Sharing
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform — including Google Firebase, which we use for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and crash reporting — with legal or regulatory authorities where we are compelled to do so by law, and with our employees who are bound by confidentiality obligations. 7. Transfer of Data
Your information is primarily processed and stored in India. Where data is transferred — including to service providers such as Google Firebase, which may process or store data on servers located outside India — we take reasonable steps to ensure it is treated securely and in accordance with the standards set out in this Policy.
